APPOINTMENT POLICIES:

RESCHEDULE OR CANCEL YOUR APPOINTMENT

To reschedule or cancel your appointment text 731-277-7787 12 hours prior your appointment time.

LATE ARRIVALS:

To respect the time of both our clients and our staff, we ask you to arrive on time for your appointment. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late will be imposed with a 10% fee of the total amount of the appointment and clients arriving more than 30 minutes late will forfeit the original appointment and be rescheduled and be charges 25% of the total amount of the appointment.

LATE CANCELLATION or LATE RESCHEDULING:

We understand that emergencies happen. If you need to cancel your appointment, we simply ask that you notify us of any cancellations or rescheduling at least 12 hours prior to the appointment. If the booking was made on the same day, notify us at least 3 hours prior. Cancellations that break these rules will cause 25% fees of the total amount of your appointment.

NO SHOW:

In the case of missing your appointment, you will be imposed with a fee worth 50% of the total amount of your appointment.

PREPAID SERVICE APPOINTMENT:

If you are making appointment with your prepaid service and do not show up or cancel within 12 hours of your appointment. You prepaid service will be redeemed from your package.

SALON POLICIES

SERVICE GURANTEE:

Your satisfaction is our highest priority. If you are not completely satisfied, please let us know during your treatment or within 24 hours after your service has been performed. We are committed to making any needed corrections.

HEALTH HISTORY:

For your comfort and safety, please notify our specialists if you have allergies, any physical issues, or disabilities, or if you are pregnant. If you experience discomfort or any other symptoms during the treatment, please alert your service provider immediately.

RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE:

Our staff has the right to refuse service to anyone behaving improperly, intoxicated or if their state of health may influence the effects of the service.

KIDS IN THE SALON:

As we are concerned with your and your children’s safety, we strictly prohibit unsupervised children in the salon. In emergency situations, please provide proper supervision for them in the form of an additional caretaker.

PETS IN THE SALON:

No pets allowed.

MOBILE PHONE USE:

To make sure our staff gives you the proper service we ask our clients not to use their mobile phones while service is ongoing.

PRIVACY POLICY:

Customer information in our files is used to improve your service and send important messages as well as marketing communications. We do not, under any circumstances, share this information with third parties.

PRICES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE:

Please note that prices are subject to change anytime. We know that it is inconvenience for you. But due to this pandemic the prices for all the supplies and products have gone up sky high. We hope that you understand the ongoing situation and comply with our staff.

FORM OF PAYMENT:

We are happy to accept all major credit cards, Cash and Gift Certificates. We do not accept personal checks.

SERVICES, PRODUCTS, PACAKGES, GIFT CARD:

Once purchased, there is no refund or exchange.

GROUPON VOUCHER:

  • Text 731-277-7787 to make an appointment. (Online appointments will not be accepted for Groupon vouchers)
  • Text your First and Last name, Location’s (coupons are accepted), Screenshot of the voucher.
  • In order to book the appointment we need to redeem the voucher prior to your appointment.
  • If you don’t show up for your appointment your voucher will be used as no show.
  • If you reschedule within 12 hours of your appointment, there will be a charge of 25% fees of the full price of the service amount.
  • Call the number above to reschedule the appointment.

GIFT CARD POLICIES:

  • Gift card can be redeemed at any Arch 2 Arch location if purchase in Tennessee locations. Texas locations gift card purchased can only be used at that location only.
  • Gift card can only be used for regular price services and products only. It cannot be used for PACKAGES, DISCOUNTED SERVICES OR PRODUCTS.
  • Treat this card as cash; if it is lost, stolen, or destroyed it will not be replaced or exchange.
  • Valid for one (1) year from the date of issue.
  • All sales are final. NO REFUNDS
  • Additional money cannot be added to the existing gift card.
